A lightweight command line utility that serves for generating a file count report on a specified directory, which can be saved to CSV formatFilesCount is a console exe that counts files in a folder and all subfolders recursively.
It then display the result or optionnaly generates a report file with all the details about the number of files for each file's extension found.
It can generate three kind of report :
- one csv file, always with the same name, each time you "count" the files in the directory
- one csv file with a different name including a timestamp each time you "count" the files in the directory
- multiple file, one for each file extension counted, containing the number of files in his name
